Mold remediation services for a large commercial office building located in Shelby, NC. This project was completed in two phases. The first phase of the project required cleaning, removal and storage of office furniture and equipment along with the cleaning and storage of all ceiling tiles. Our crews removed approximately 2/3 of the total sheetrock from the interior of the building and all HVAC ductworks. The second phase of this project consisted of cleaning and encapsulating the entire building. Over 1500 manhours were successfully committed to this project.
