Former Power Plant

Scope of Work:

This project required the removal of 27,000 square feet of steel panels within a three-story building. Before demolition, the building first required the removal of lead paint and PCB’s. The challenge of this project was that the structure to be removed was encapsulated within another building. In order to protect the integrity of the building our team used torch cutting and hand demolition for a large portion of the project. Over 6 months this project totaled 158 tons of steel.
